Is there a minimum team size?
The minimum team size is 3 people. The floor exists to protect anonymity on the Real-time motivation satisfaction pulse: with fewer than 3 respondents per team, individual answers become easy to identify, which kills the candor the pulse depends on. Three is the smallest group where we can report patterns without exposing the person behind them.
Starter is designed for managers piloting Attuned with a single team. Premium and Enterprise scale up across departments and the full organization.
What outcomes can I expect from each plan?
Starter: enhanced self-awareness across the team, managers who understand motivation diversity, and measurable communication improvements on the team you roll out to first.
Premium: faster, more personalized onboarding for new hires; reduced manager time spent untangling miscommunications; and improved team communication and collaboration. Who does Attuned fit best as a buyer?
We pulled the motivator profiles of 30+ recent champions across our customers, the people who actually pushed Attuned through procurement and stayed close to the rollout, and found a clear pattern.
People high in Autonomy and Altruism tend to love Attuned from the first conversation, and stay loving it. They care about their people and the business, and don’t treat those as opposing teams.
People high in Rationality become some of our most passionate advocates long-term, but they don’t start there. They walk in skeptical, stress-test the construct, ask hard questions about the methodology, and often pilot with their own team before letting it near anyone else’s. The gauntlet is longer, and that’s fine. We’re built for the questions you’re going to ask.
People driven primarily by Status are the least likely to buy Attuned. In our data, zero champions have Status as their top motivator. If you’re choosing software primarily to look good internally, there are better tools for that - we’re likely not it. At least it won’t happen quickly, as human-to-human conversations still have to happen.
Pricing is per user, per year. Is there a monthly option?
Attuned is billed annually because the insights compound over time: motivational profiles, satisfaction trends, and coaching cadence all become more valuable across a full year. Talk to us about a pilot if you’d like to start smaller.
Attuned is focused on the human, and humans are messy. We give you the data and insights you wouldn’t have otherwise, making the previously real but invisible psychology of your team actionable. But it still takes time to communicate, and relationships have ups and downs. Attuned will be your ever-present partner to help you through this. For the deepest results, the communication has to become a habit.
How is the Intrinsic Motivation Assessment different from a personality test?
Personality tests describe who someone is. The Intrinsic Motivation Assessment measures what drives them: the underlying motivators that predict engagement, retention, and performance. It’s designed to be visualized and acted on by managers in their day-to-day work.
What we actually measure is your Value Hierarchy: the relative weight you place on different intrinsic motivators. It’s more stable than mood and more meaningful than personality. Personality is visible; motivation is not (until Attuned). Personality tests bucket you into a type; Attuned doesn’t. Your motivations and values shift as you live your life. Big, emotionally impactful events slowly reorder them, often without you noticing. Attuned keeps that picture current so your management of yourself, and others, can keep up.
What does AI TalkCoach do?
AI TalkCoach is your personalized management coach. It gives managers instant, motivation-aligned coaching on how to frame feedback and turn it into action, based on each team member’s assessment results and the daily context you give it.
Use it to prepare for 1:1s, deliver constructive feedback to new hires, or work through a difficult conversation. It’s also great for redrafting tricky emails, career planning, building promotion guidelines, re-crafting job-assignment messages, and personalizing performance reviews. Anything where the wording matters and you want it tuned to the person on the other side.
In Premium and Enterprise, when real-time motivation satisfaction tracking flags that engagement is sagging on a team, AI TalkCoach already has the data and can coach you through what to do about it.
How long does onboarding take?
Starter includes essentials training that gets a manager productive within a session. Premium adds multiple onboarding sessions for managers and teams plus integration walkthroughs. Enterprise includes a fully customized onboarding program and implementation roadmap.
Is our data secure?
Attuned treats motivation and engagement data as sensitive. We follow GDPR-aligned data-handling practices, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and never sell or share customer data. For Enterprise customers we’ll happily walk through our security posture and any required reviews.
Can I cancel mid-term?
Plans are annual commitments. If something isn’t working please tell us. We’ll adjust, and your feedback helps shape the product.
