The 11 key intrinsic motivators that really matter

Attuned makes the psychological data that exists around, and between, people visible. To do this, we worked with a team of psychologists to identify the following 11 key intrinsic motivators that drive every individual to one degree or another. The emphasis that each individual places on every motivator can be seen by taking our signature Intrinsic Motivation Assessment. This 55-question forced-choice questionnaire produces an AI-assisted profile that scores the taker’s needs for each motivator from 0-100%, categorizing each as either ‘Neutral’ (0-30%), ‘Nice-to-have’ (31-69%), or ‘Need-to-have’ (70-100%).
