What is the Motivator Report, and how is it different from a plan?
The Motivator Report is one person taking the Intrinsic Motivation Assessment and getting their own results back: all 11 motivators ranked, plus a written report on where their energy comes from, the environments that suit them, and the early signs they are running dry. It costs US$50 once and takes about 10 minutes. You pay, get the assessment link by email, answer 55 questions, and your report is ready.
It is sold by MotiTune, our consumer brand, and it runs on the same assessment engine as Attuned. What it is not is the platform: there is no manager dashboard, no team view, no pulse surveys and no AI TalkCoach, and reports cannot be pooled into a team view. Buy it to experience the assessment yourself. Buy Basic or Premium when you want to manage a team with it.
Is there a minimum team size?
The minimum team size is 3 people. The floor exists to protect anonymity on the motivation pulse: with fewer than 3 respondents per team, individual answers become easy to identify, which kills the candor the pulse depends on. Three is the smallest group where we can report patterns without exposing the person behind them.
That floor applies to the platform plans. The Motivator Report is bought by one person for themselves, so there is no minimum at all: it is an individual report, with no team pulse, and nothing is shared with anyone unless you choose to share it.
Basic is designed for managers piloting Attuned with a single team. Premium scales across departments and the full organization.
The plans are per user, per year. Is there a monthly option?
The Motivator Report is the one-off: $50, paid once, no subscription. The platform plans are billed annually because the insights compound over time: motivational profiles, satisfaction trends, and coaching cadence all become more valuable across a full year. How is the Intrinsic Motivation Assessment different from a personality test?
Personality tests describe who someone is. The Intrinsic Motivation Assessment measures what drives them: the motivators behind engagement and retention. It’s designed to be visualized and acted on by managers in their day-to-day work.
What we measure is which motivators you weight most heavily, relative to each other. It’s more stable than mood and more meaningful than personality. Personality is visible; motivation is not (until Attuned). Personality tests bucket you into a type; Attuned doesn’t. Your motivations and values shift as you live your life. Big, emotionally impactful events slowly reorder them, often without you noticing. Attuned keeps that picture current so your management of yourself, and others, can keep up.
What does AI TalkCoach do?
AI TalkCoach gives managers motivation-aligned coaching on how to frame feedback and turn it into action, based on each team member’s assessment results and the context you give it.
Use it to prepare for 1:1s, frame hard feedback, work through friction between two people, prepare a performance review conversation, or decide what to do when a team’s engagement slips. It declines when the motivator data cannot answer the question rather than inventing something.
TalkCoach is in early access: we are onboarding a small number of accounts at a time, and we will tell you where you sit in the queue. It is included on both platform plans, Basic and Premium, along with the motivation pulse. The Motivator Report does not include either. When the pulse flags that engagement is sagging on a team, TalkCoach already has the data and can coach you through what to do about it.
How long does onboarding take?
The Motivator Report needs no onboarding: you answer 55 questions in about 10 minutes and the report is emailed to you. Basic includes a getting-started session that makes a manager productive within the hour. Premium adds multiple onboarding sessions for managers and teams plus integration walkthroughs.
Is our data secure?
Attuned treats motivation and engagement data as sensitive. We follow GDPR-aligned data-handling practices and encrypt data in transit and at rest. We never sell customer data, and we share it only with the processors needed to run the service, including the AI providers behind TalkCoach, under our Privacy Policy. If your security team needs to review our posture before you buy, ask and we’ll walk them through it.
Can I cancel mid-term?
Plans are annual commitments. If something isn’t working please tell us. We’ll adjust, and your feedback helps shape the product.
