We use a third-party tool. Can we still integrate?

What does the assessment measure?
It maps each person across 11 intrinsic motivators: the psychological needs that shape how someone works, decides, and keeps going. A motivator profile is a value hierarchy, which makes it useful when wording goals, feedback, job plans, and incentives.
