7 Ways to Increase Employee Engagement in Manufacturing

Most engagement advice for manufacturing is a list of programs: recognition schemes, town halls, development pathways. Those help, and they also assume you already know what any given person on your floor wants. Start with what actually drives each person on the shop floor

Two operators can run the same cell on the same shift and want completely different things from it. One is driven by mastery of the machine and wants harder setups.
