Welcome email design update for My Motivators Page
Why?
We wanted to update the My Motivators Page (MMP) welcome email so that it is consistent with the new rich systems emails across the platform.
The Details:
The new MMP welcome email is more descriptive and explains Attuned and intrinsic motivation via a short video. Users can also explore Attuned’s 11 Intrinsic Motivators by clicking on the “Learn More” button.
My Motivators Page: Report a problem
Why?
We wanted to make it simple for MMP users to report problems or make feature requests.
The Details:
We have added a “report a problem” button to the menu.
There is now a form where users can report problems or make feature requests to the Attuned team.
Attuned’s customer success team will then reply to feature requests and issues reported.
Spam protection added to the login for the multi-factor authentication (MFA) resend function
Why?
Previously, it was possible to click the button to reset the password and resend the MFA code several times in succession, which would trigger the sending of multiple emails.
This meant that users would often enter the wrong MFA code due to them receiving multiple codes by email, resulting in an expired MFA code error.
The Details:
Now, when users click the button to reset their password and resend the MFA code, the button will be disabled for a set period of time, meaning that they cannot generate multiple emails by repeatedly clicking the button.
Once the timer reaches zero, the button is enabled again.
