Optional Motivation Assessment Completion Notice
Why?
Some of our customers, particularly those who use Attuned during the recruitment process, requested that we add an option where, when the employee or candidate finishes the Motivation Assessment, the person who invited them will receive a confirmation email.
The details:
Added a “Send me an email upon completion” checkbox to the screen when adding the respondent (employee/candidate).
If this checkbox is checked while adding an employee/candidate, the inviter will receive a notification email when the Motivation Assessment has been completed.
A tooltip is available to provide more information about the usage.
The checkbox is not available when inviting multiple members using the “Or create multiple users at once“ feature. This is to avoid the possibility of activating this feature by mistake and receiving a huge number of emails.
Minor enhancement of the engagement survey details popup
Why?
One of our customers told us that they found the location of the checkbox on the “Resend Engagement Survey” tab confusing and non-intuitive. We have now moved the “Send Reminder” message and button to the top to make it clearer.
The details:
The “Send Reminder” message and button has been moved to the top of the popup and only displays on the “Did Not Respond” tab in the event that there are any unanswered surveys.
This message and button does not show up in the “Responded” and “Received Survey” tabs.
Added an end to the action carousel
Why?
Currently, there are only a few actions available to users, so it is not difficult to tell when the carousel of actions has made one full loop. However, as we introduce more and more actions, this will be less apparent, so an end to the action carousel is required.
The details:
To show that there are no more actions, we have disabled the arrows:
-Disabled the “>” arrow when navigating all the way to the right-Disabled the “<“ arrow when navigating all the way to the left.
We have also ensured that the arrows are not transparent so that actions are still visible underneath the action text.
