Introducing Live Chat for instant support!

The details:

Need some help to get the most out of Attuned? Now you can receive instant support from the Attuned Team with our new Live Chat feature.

Live Chat:

  • The Live Chat icon is now available in the bottom right corner of the Attuned dashboard.

  • Click on the icon to launch the Live Chat window, then type in the query you would like assistance with.

  • The Attuned support team will answer your query and suggest the best solutions.

  • The language of the chat window is set automatically to the language chosen in Personal Settings (English or Japanese).

    Note:

    • Live Chat is currently in the alpha testing phase, and is only available to the Attuned Team and selected customers, but it will soon be available for all existing customers.

    • Going forward, the Live Chat feature will be enabled only for non-partner accounts.
